In essence we are able to work with you to develop your building project at any stage of the construction process. In doing so we aim to add value to the work well beyond the cost of our fee.
At the beginning you might just want advice on where to start or analysis of the brief to resolve competing priorities. Some clients have a fair idea of what they need but want concepts as to how this can be achieved. Others want ideas for an inspirational space they are going to construct by themselves or with a builder.
Designing and constructing a successful building involves many inputs. Co-ordinating and managing these can be complex and is certainly time-consuming, even on the smallest of projects. There is no doubt that the holistic involvement of an architect from design though to construction benefits the end product and so we hope you will engage us for the fullest service possible.
In all cases, following an initial meeting, we will propose a detailed scope of services and a fee for carrying these out.
